    This apartment is so lovely and absolutely perfect because it is in great condition and at a prime location. You will find this typical Parisian accommodation at the first floor of a beautiful old building. The entire place is decorated in a great warm and modern fashion. In the living room you can see a nice dining table with four chairs where you can talk about your plans about exploring the city, or enjoy some nice meals. There is a comfortable couch as well that is perfect for relaxing after an exciting day of walking around. It can also be turned into a bed for two of your guests. The enclosing modern kitchen comes fully equipped so you can make you own dinner: use anything you need to impress everybody with your culinary skills.

    Walk over to the bedroom that has a double bed, and enough storage space to leave all your clothes and hide your suitcases. Now you truly feel as if you’re actually living here to complete the Paris experience. There is a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower that’ll make you want to stay in forever.

  • The apartment is situated in a lovely old French estate that stands in an amazing little street that is typical Parisian. The whole area actually breathes history, as it is in one of the nicest districts, or arrondissements, of the city. You will be right next to the Place de la Révolution. This historically very valuable place still does justice to its name as there are a lot of demonstrations that end here as a sign of the importance of the French revolution. This city square is also the central point of the so-called Grands Boulevards: incredible avenues that are worth a bit of your visit for sure. Other great places you can easily reach by foot are the canal saint martin and the popular district marais in a couple of minutes.

     

    All other important visiting sites in Paris are also very close. Some of them you can walk to, but should you want to spare your legs a bit, the excellent subway system can be good alternative. Right around your corner there is a station that is the hub for five lines, so anywhere you want to go, you will be there within a couple of stops. In that way the Eiffel Tower, the famous Arc de Triomphe, or the Louvre are closer than ever.
