  • This apartment is located in the Marais District, one of the oldest and most dazzling areas in Paris with a historic and architectural importance dating back to the 13th century. It spreads across parts of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements in Paris on the right bank of the River Seine. Since its revival in the 1960's, the Marais has been as a center of Parisian artistic and cultural life, with countless galleries and major attractions. The world-famous Centre Georges Pompidou, with its renowned high-tech architecture tat exposes the building’s external skeleton of colourful tubes and pipes for mechanical systems, is only a 10-minute walk away. The Pompidou is a complex housing a public library, a centre for music research, and finally, the Musée National d’Art Moderne which is the largest museum of modern art in Europe. It is worth the trip simply to go to the roof and get the best view of the Paris cityscape, including the Eiffel Tower, at no cost.


    The apartment is quite close to the River, and the stunning Notre Dame Cathedral is only a 15-minute walk away across the bridge on the Île de la Cité. Head over to Rue Vieille du Temple to stock up on food supplies at your nearest G 20 supermarket. The apartment is easily reached by metro, with the M8 line running along nearby Boulevard Beaumarchais, enabling easy access to the rest of Paris.
