Our Conde Chic Studio I apartment is an elegant and classical accommodation that offers space for two people. It is located in the absolute heart of the city of Paris and it allows you to explore the city from a comfortable starting position.
The studio is situated in a 17th century Parisian historical building and consists out of one floor. Its character is elegant with a classical design and it offers plenty of space. And if your group exceeds the limit you must know that we have two studio’s in this building.
In the living area you will find a comfortable sitting corner with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Through the whole apartment there is wireless internet so feel free to bring your laptop.
Cook your own meals such as a French breakfast or a Parisian dinner in the complete kitchen. There are many food markets in Paris where you can find the finest ingredients. Don’t forget to buy a good bottle of wine; you are in France after all.
There is a comfortable double bed that is provided with clean linen. Also there is plenty of storage space. The bathroom offers you a toilet and a shower with clean towels so that you can start your day fresh.

Your apartment is located in the 6th district or arrondissement and is called St. Germain. One of the longest boulevards of Paris runs right through this district. The boulevard St. Germain is 3, 5 kilometers long and goes from Port Sully in the east to Pont de la Concord in the west. The Pont de Sully is a bridge that connects the Ile de St. Louis, one of the two islands in Paris, with the mainland.
Another famous boulevard in this arrondissement is the Boulevard de St. Michelle. The boulevard de St. Michel goes right through the heart of Quartiers Latin or the Latin area of Paris. This quarter is located in the fifth arrondissement and is centered around the Sorbonne. This famous university is one of the oldest in Europe and was founded as early as 1160. In the Middle Ages the sermons in the churches were in Latin but also the professors and students spoke Latin. So this area got its name from the Latin language. It is still known for its student life, lively atmosphere and many bistros and cafes.
St. Germain was the center of the existentialist movement. Two famous philosophers and novelists were Jean Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir. Two famous cafes are located in this district, café Les Deux Magots and café de Flore.
